All updates are reflected in real time.
If Meta changes your template category, the cost impact is now visible.
For example, a shift from Utility to Marketing can increase per message pricing significantly.
If your message shifts from Utility to Marketing category due to Meta's updated guidelines, you will see the price shift inside the Template message journey.
Go to Template Messages and open any template to view its journey.
You can now control all your marketing WhatsApp messages with a single switch.
Earlier, businesses had no way to stop marketing messages across all channels at once. They had to pause these messages one at a time.
We have introduced a new Marketing Messaging Opt-in toggle inside Opt-in Management.
When turned off:
Note: Utility and authentication messages continue to work normally, even afer you turn off the Marketing messaging opt-in toggle.
Turn the toggle OFF and marketing messaging stops immediately across the entire project.
Turn it back ON and everything resumes as usual.
Go to Opt-in Management inside your project settings.
This setting applies across all channels and integrations.
Only users with Owner or Manager access can control it.
By default, the toggle is kept on inside your AiSensy dashboard.

AiSensy AI Ads Manager now supports two new Meta ad types: Website Ads and Lead Form Ads.
Earlier, businesses could run Click-to-WhatsApp Ads to drive traffic directly to WhatsApp. With this update, you now have more flexibility in how you generate and track leads.
Website Ads allow you to drive users directly to your website and track their actions using event tracking.
This is ideal for businesses that want to capture leads, purchases, or actions directly on their website.
You can now create Meta Lead Form Ads directly from AiSensy.
Lead Form Ads allow users to submit their details without leaving the Meta platform (Instagram & Facebook)
This format reduces friction and helps improve lead volume and quality.
While creating a campaign, you can now choose between:
This gives you complete control over where leads are captured and how they are tracked.
Along with this, you can also:
This allows more precise targeting and better campaign performance.
Choose exactly where your ads appear:
Avoid unwanted placements and improve campaign efficiency.

Hi there,
We’re sharing an important update regarding WhatsApp Business API pricing, following the latest per-message pricing changes announced by Meta.
The revised WhatsApp per message pricing will be effective starting January 1, 2026, and will be reflected across the AiSensy platform from the same date.
WhatsApp Conversation Credits are consumed whenever a business delivers template messages such as Marketing, Utility, or Authentication messages via the AiSensy platform.
WhatsApp conversation credit deduction depends on the message category and the recipient’s country, and is charged strictly based on Meta’s pricing rules.
Meta has announced updated pricing for WhatsApp messages across different categories. These changes impact Marketing, Utility, Authentication, and Service messages and apply on a per-message basis.
Service messages will continue to remain free of charge, provided they are sent within the active customer service window.
Important: WhatsApp Conversation Credits are deducted only when a message is successfully delivered to the user.
When a user sends a message to your business, a 24-hour customer service window begins. Every new message from the user refreshes this window.
During this active window:
⚠️ Utility messages sent outside the active customer service window will be charged as per the applicable utility message pricing for the recipient’s country.
WhatsApp message pricing varies by country.
For the complete country-wise pricing list, please refer to the document linked below:

Hi there,
Starting 15th November 2025, AiSensy will automatically pause your WhatsApp Broadcast or API campaigns if Meta updates your template’s messaging category from Utility to Marketing.
Sometimes, Meta detects marketing or promotional content in a message that was originally approved under the Utility category.
When this happens, Meta automatically updates the template’s category to Marketing while your campaign is running or scheduled to send.
This may cause unintended message charges or delivery issues, and users are often unaware when the category change occurs.
To make this process more transparent and controlled, AiSensy will now take action automatically based on the campaign type:
This ensures that messages do not go out under the wrong category without your knowledge.
If your Broadcast or API campaign is paused, or your scheduled campaign is cancelled:
This setting is enabled by default for every AiSensy account.
If you prefer your campaigns to continue sending even after a category change, you can turn this setting off anytime from:
Manage → Campaign Settings → Auto-pause campaign on category change
