We've upgraded the OTP verification system across AiSensy

We’ve rolled out a major upgrade to OTP verification across the AiSensy platform.

This update improves how OTPs are generated, delivered, stored, and verified, making the entire authentication flow more secure, reliable, and consistent across signup, login, password reset, profile changes, and 2FA.

What’s new

• Upgraded from 4-digit OTPs to stronger 6-digit OTPs on the web dashboard
• Dynamic OTP expiry based on the type of action being performed
• Separate OTPs for WhatsApp and Email verification flows

• Daily request limits and per-OTP attempt caps to prevent misuse
• Improved logging for faster issue resolution and better visibility
• Standardized OTP UI across the platform with paste support and auto-advance inputs.
