You can use the Assistant to:

• View approved templates and understand their variables
• Prepare a broadcast using your audience and chosen template
• Get help with Click-to-WhatsApp ads and chatbot flows
• Check campaign results and messaging analytics
• View your plan, credit balance, invoices and team members
  & so much more.

Include the actual campaign, template or tag names from your project so the Assistant can help with the right task.

The Assistant includes four quick starts: Uploading contacts, Launching campaigns, Running Ads and Setting up flows. Choose one, describe what you need and provide any details it asks for.

You can ask follow-up questions in the same chat or open Chat History to return to an earlier conversation. You can also ask in English, Hindi or Tamil.

Start from Your Dashboard

Click the sparkle icon in the top-right corner of your dashboard and ask, “Show my approved templates.”

Each project currently includes 250 free AI Assistant messages for dashboard chats. These are separate from customer WhatsApp messages and don’t replace your campaign messaging credits.
